Staffing Changes due to COVID-19
What Happens to Staff?
Obviously with no LTP grads next year, we realize we’re going to need to make the ‘staff path’ more flexible.
The First year staff structure will stay the same, just a year older (after grade 12 instead of grade 11).
Current second year staff will have a choice next year: Move on to resource, or become a senior counsellor and be next in line for outtripper positions.
